Hooray we are back blogging!! After a bit of a hiatus I am back and ready to get all you ladies in kick-ass shape!!
Christmas has been and gone and January will soon be behind us but are you all still sticking to those resolutions that you made in the new year?? If you are a big well done to you, if you are struggling don’t worry! I am here to make sure we all stay fit, strong and lean for 2015 and we will all do it together!
Our first fitness challenge of this year is going to be a booty blasting month long workout. Our Booty Bootcamp challenge will begin February 2nd. Get ready to turn that ass into a peachy firm behind, fill those jeans out and give Kim Kardashian a run for her money.
What will you need to take part in the Booty Bootcamp??? You will need the following items:
- Dumbbells or kettlebells ( you want to use a challenging weight, anywhere between 8kg and upwards)
- Resistance bands
- A big hill and a load of steps (you can even use the staircase in your house!)
I would like everyone who takes part to take a before pic of the booty area. Pics are a great way to track your progress and so much better than using scales!
