I’m back!! Since my last post I have been ridiculously busy setting up my new fitness and yoga retreat buisness, very exciting times!! Anyway I have recently discovered that I am gluten and wheat intolerant. What does this mean? It means that I blow up like a balloon when I consume too much wheat and gluten (imagine Professor Klump from the Nutty Professor film!).
