Things are lining up to be a good year for the lovely Cheryl.  There was her marriage to French restauranteur Jean Bernard Fernandez-Versini back in July, and the launch of her debut fragrance, Storm Flower (available to buy now) and then of course…….there was her well anticipated return to the X Factor.  Her return to the panel this year means Chezza fans will be delighted, and all eyes will be on her gorgeous OUTFITS for the live shows. Cheryl inspires us with lots of ideas on how to dress to impress, and have the fashion factor. Treggings, so what are they? well they are leggings designed to look like trousers. Sound confusing? well, they fit like our lovable leggings, maintaing the comfort and stretch appeal.  However, they have the appearance of some nice, smart trousers, similar to the jegging trend. Perfect for summer, lets take a look at how to wear them.   Keeping with the power prints theme this season, check out these treggings, love the side zip detail and colours, and love the price. In my opinion, Boohoo have the best range of treggings on the market at the moment. They are always fashion forward, and affordable. Take a look at some of my top picks below. Orange is the new black

With orange being this summers top colour trend, I am going to share with you some ideas on how to wear it. With the summer sales now starting, now is a perfect time to grab yourself a bargain. Some people are not too sure about this colour, but my mission is to persuade you orange phobes out there that this colour is hot! I can assure you it looks great during the summer months, when you can wear it in the form of shoes, a handbag, or makeup (yes I said makeup, but I don’t mean in the form of eye shadow. This season is all about the lips, but more on that later)  The list is endless on how to wear it, whether you choose to go for a pastel or neon shade, or colour block it against pink, which looks AMAZING by the way, I have been looking out… Read More →

Get ready for summer

You may think it is a bit early to be sorting out your summer wardrobe, with the weather still as unpredictable as ever, but for some of you, getting ready to sort out your holiday fashion essentials, the planning cannot come quick enough.  If you are anything like me, you will be starting to get the summer wardrobe boxes down from the loft to swap over your winter gear. This I find is a good way to spring clean your wardrobe, and see what you already have for those summer days, and what items you need to add for this season. Double Denim is back!

I have got to say girls,  I am ecstatic that this trend is back.  I have always been a fan ever since teen band Bewitched worked the denim look back in the nineties. Anyone else remember dancing round to C’est La Vie,  or was that just me? Either way,  after the nineties,  the denim on denim look became a no go all together,  so why is it back now? Well as you know what goes around comes around with fashion, and some trends never die. This time it is back with a noughties revamp and ready to reclaim its place in the fashion world. Take a look at my guide on how to pull this look off,  and where to… Read More →

Sheer brilliance

I am loving the light, sheer fabrics strutting their stuff on the catwalks this season. They are fresh, flirty and fun and are perfect staple items to carry your wardrobe through from Spring to Summer this year. Lets firstly check out how the celeb’s are doing it.                     So here we have three of my favourite ladies, Megan Fox, model of the moment Cara Delavigne and Rosie Huntinton-Whitely. They all pull of the sheer style perfectly, each taking on their own personal edge to the outfit. Whether you want to go for something daring and sultry like Megan, or something more casual and sophisticated like Cara,… Read More →

Maternity Fashion

Hi ladies, apologies for the delay in my latest blog, has been a manic couple of weeks!! I was speaking with one of my friends Fiona the other day, when she asked me if I knew of any places which sells smart maternity clothes/occasion wear.  This gave me inspiration to have a look what’s out there to suit her, but also for any of you lovely hot mamas to be. My friend’s criteria is to find an outfit for a wedding where she can show off her bump but ideally in a dress which looks flattering and not too baggy. I do like a challenge and love to help you out with any fashion dilemma’s you may have, check out… Read More →
